The tool aims to resolve billing disputes between the service provider and the customer by automatically calculating adjustments over defined financial periods. The system automatically credits or debits the customer based on the outcome of the journal over a selected financial period. The system handles journals for stuck meters, water leaks, tariff changes, number of units change, indigent status calculations, Time of Use Tariffs, etc.
