E-Journal System is a Billing Dispute Resolution Tool. The tool aims to resolve billing disputes between the service provider and the customer by automatically calculating adjustments over defined financial periods. The system automatically credits or debits the customer based on the outcome of the journal over a selected financial period. The system handles journals for stuck meters, water leaks, tariff changes, number of units change, indigent status calculations, Time of Use Tariffs, etc.

With digital migration demand increasing the need for Business Analysts to drive the development process for the digital solution will increase. We have developed our own on-the-job training Business Analyst Program which focuses on giving graduates on-the-job training.

Our key solution is EBPP(Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment) is the process of delivering an invoice from the originator (the Biller) to the receiver (the Customer) under 24 hours after invoicing the customer and allows a customer to make payment electronically which means improved revenue collection and allows for improved customer service as customers do not have to wait extended periods to receive invoice and customer does not have to queue anywhere to make payments for their bill.
